What started as a small family dream in 1985 has grown into Santa Fe's most beloved coal-fired pizza destination.
Anthony Russo, a third-generation pizza maker from Brooklyn, brought his family's century-old recipes to the heart of New Mexico. With nothing but a coal oven and unwavering determination, he opened the first Anthony's location on Canyon Road.
Our commitment to authentic coal-fired cooking, using only the finest ingredients, has made us a cornerstone of the Santa Fe dining scene. Every pizza that comes out of our 900-degree coal ovens carries the same passion and tradition that Anthony brought from New York decades ago.
